Yes, 369 “lucky” days of fighting the fight against brain cancer. Can you believe it???? We have made it farther than predicted, yet still not near long enough. Everyday is a gift, that when we wake up in the morning we need to take 10 seconds out of our day and give thanks to God for allowing us another day.
Dale has now completed his first month in hospice care, and let me tell you it has taken a ton of stress away. Questions, concerns are a mere phone call away. Medicine delivered when needed, no waiting. Hugs given freely without asking. Counseling to have a place to vent is incredible. Dale seems so much more at ease.
God bless each and everyone of my blog followers, my friends, and family who have been here for support. You all have no idea what a simple phone call or a visit does in a weeks time. With this year passing, the friends and concern seems to fade a bit and life goes on. We now look forward to the days ahead every single precious one of them.
